Oceanus Ships and Services FZCO (OCEANUS FZCO) was incorporated in October 2024, with the main object to own, operate, manage, maintain various ships and vessels and provide all ancillary services including charter hire, freight brokers and repairs & supplier of stores and services.
Oceanus FZCO also provides all the services for sourcing spare parts, repairs and maintenance of vessels on Indian waters and overseas. It also undertakes provision of all the consumables and foodstuff on board the ships and vessels.
It has its Registered Office at Dubai Multi Modal Commodities Centre, Dubai, UAE.
Oceanus FZCO anticipating to provide services mainly to foreign shipping companies over the years and earns its revenues in 90% in foreign exchange.

Oceanus FZCO has now excellent domain knowledge, expertise and business connections to break new paths in International Business. Oceanus Ships and Services FZCO in view of the growing opportunities in the Region and fiscal measures to promote the Shipping Industry.
Further, to promote the International operations of the Group. to meet the Ship FZCO Management, Repairs and enhance other Support services in Middle East to facilitate the worldwide operations undertaken by Oceanus FZCO for its Clients. At the same time, creating Oceanus Ships and Services FZCO presence in Dubai shall promote more Business Opportunities resulting from close proximity to the Clients in main Shipping Hub.
